Looking for a healthier food alternative? Try a plant-based meal!

You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to cook a plant-based meal every once in a while! Eating plant-based meals when you can is a great option to add fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins into your diet. Also, trying new things helps keep a variety in your diet. It’s nice to try healthier alternatives every once in a while. You will be surprised with how many recipes are out there for vegetarian and vegan options that allow you to try something new. Pinterest and Google are great places to start looking, but below I will share a few of my favorites.
